Terms of Service

Effective date: October 24, 2026. These terms are a draft for operator review before public release.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and any age requirement announced by Scorpion Social. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and do not impersonate others.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant the service a nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and promote the service, subject to applicable law and your privacy settings. You must have rights to everything you upload, including music and images.

Prohibited activity

Do not post sexual exploitation material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, threats, hateful harassment, graphic violence, or material that violates the law or another person’s rights. See the Community Guidelines for additional rules.

Moderation

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for violations. Reports do not guarantee removal. Content and accounts may be reviewed by administrators.

LIVE broadcasting

Do not broadcast prohibited or copyrighted content without permission. Broadcasts may be viewed in real time and, where recording is enabled, saved as replays.

Service availability

The service is provided as available. Features may change or be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Changes will be posted on this page. The operator should add an official contact address and jurisdiction-specific provisions before launching publicly.
